I found your details on singing pig as I’m interesting in property investment and already have 2 properties bought with more traditional methods.

I’m at the stage where I’m looking at fasttracking my property investment ambitions which is being financially free, like a lot of people. I’m based in London but not bound by area and have areas I know quite well; Nottingham, Southend, middlesbrough but happy to look any other areas if it ‘stacks up’.

After researching a few companies there are a few companies that I’m leaning towards; Property Mentor and Simon Zutzhi. I understand the later you’ve had experience with PM or gone through their program and wanted to know your thoughts? Would you recommend PM/SZ or both.

I’m aware the real big cash flow properties are HMO properties so I’d be interested to meet up or have a chat with you or possibly come along to one of your workshops as I’d like to have a property portfolio that has both BMV properties and HMO’s.

I’m looking to get the ball rolling in May 10 so any advice would be really appreciated as it appears you know what your doing and more importantly a genuine guy.
